Frequently Asked Questions

Last updated -

  • What if I want to change the project scope after we start?

Once a project starts, we adhere strictly to the agreed-upon scope to ensure timely delivery. Any scope changes or evolving requirements will be considered as a separate follow-up project after the MVP completion.

  • What happens if not all requirements are met within 30 days and I don't want an extension?

If we fail to deliver on all the requirements and you opt not to extend, we offer a no-questions-asked full refund.

  • How do you handle technical limitations discovered during development?

If technical limitations prevent us from completing the MVP, we acknowledge our initial oversight in technical validation and will issue a full refund, concluding the project.

  • Can you handle complex SaaS projects?

Absolutely. Our team's diverse experience allows us to tackle a wide range of SaaS projects, ensuring each MVP meets the specific needs and challenges of your project.

  • How do you ensure the quality of the MVP?

Quality is our priority. We only work on projects we deeply understand with technologies we've worked with many times before. We also use iterative development, guided by quick feedback and utilize industry best practices, to ensure the MVP is robust and market-ready.

  • Are there any sectors you specialize in?

While we have broad expertise, our strength lies in tech-driven sectors like enterprise SaaS, e-commerce, marketplaces, AI backed apps and blockchain. If you're unsure, just reach out! If we can't do it we'll refer you to someone who can.

  • What post-launch support do you offer?

We provide post-launch training and video walkthroughs on request. On the technical side we provide documentation and live training for your developers. If you want continued development and technical support after launch we can offer additional support as needed.

  • What technology stack do you use for MVPs?

Our primary technology stack includes Typescript, NextJS, and PostgreSQL for most projects, and Golang for some APIs. We've chosen these technologies for their efficiency, scalability, and widespread industry acceptance, ensuring your MVP is built with top-notch tools.

  • Why do you offer a narrow technology option for MVPs?

Focusing on a specific set of technologies allows us to maximize delivery speed and maintain high quality. It also ensures easier post-MVP scalability and maintenance, as these languages and frameworks are widely used and supported in the developer community.
